I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in all activities at Promised Land Camp. I understand that while every effort will be made to provide a safe and secure environment, there are inherent risks involved in camp activities. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Promised Land Camp, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by my child during their participation at camp.
